At Dr. Abeyta’s office, we take a relaxing calming approach.  Some techniques that might help with your anxiety are to schedule your appointment on a day where you are less likely to feel rushed or bring your mp3 or iPod to your appointment to tune out what is going on around you and allow you to relax more.  If you suffer from more severe anxiety, we have a variety of options for you to make your appointment the least stressful possible.  We ask that you would allow us to know about your anxiety before your first appointment so that we are able to make your first visit to our office the least stressful possible.
