There are many choices when it comes to toothbrushes.
The toothbrush aisle can be overwhelming with all of the different choices. So what makes a good toothbrush? These are some things you should consider when choosing a toothbrush: Is it a soft bristle toothbrush? Soft bristle brushes work just as well as firm bristle toothbrushes, but are easier on your gums and other tissues. Does the toothbrush fit your mouth? The better the toothbrush fits in your mouth, the easier it will be to brush and control your brushing. Is it manual or electric? While there is nothing wrong with a manual toothbrush, electric toothbrushes can be easier for some people to reach the hard to reach places in between your teeth and in the back of your mouth. Regardless of the toothbrush you choose, using it is the most important factor. Remember to brush twice a day!
