Happy New Year!

As many people do, you may be making a few New Year’s Resolutions.  These can include anything from losing weight to spending more time with your family.  So, why not make a few that have to do with your oral health?  Some that can help you out are making sure to brush for 2 minutes 2 times a day, flossing every night, drinking fluoridated water, and chewing sugarless gum.  As always, make sure to see your dentist every 6 months!
