Did you know that the more you snack, the more likely you will have cavities?

Your risk increases because the more times a day you snack the more acidic your mouth is.  More acid means more chances for bacteria to eat away tooth.  Less tooth means greater chance of cavities.   Rinsing with water in between snacks and brushing more often both help to decrease the acid in your mouth!
